meet nicola

meet nicola. she is one of my friends from rwanda, who actually grew up in maryland, but has been living and working in rwanda for the last four years. she is in dc this week for training, and thought she would take this opportunity to get a nice haircut, with some coloring. she was going for brown with a touch of red. she instead got purple. this is how she feels about it.
