on the line

i got to go visit my friend, jen, in the village (buguma) where she lives up near nyagatare. it was so nice to get out of kigali, and a stuffy hotel. jen has this great little compound that she shares with other teachers at her school. everyone was very nice, and jen has clearly made a great home for herself. it was a pretty peaceful, and beautiful visit. that sky is just to die for.
